Dr. Robert Neil Leong is an internationally trained biostatistician and mathematical :epidemiologist specializing in health data analytics and the economic evaluation of healthcare interventions. His body of work focuses on the application of complex statistical methods, including longitudinal analysis, survey design, and econometric modeling, to address critical challenges in public health and infectious disease dynamics. He has extensive experience in the global vaccine space, notably serving as a lead biostatistician for clinical trials involving rabies, hepatitis B, and COVID-19 vaccines. His research and technical contributions have been instrumental in shaping national health policy.
