Clarence Gatchalian holds an M.S. in Mathematics (With High Distinction) and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics (Magna cum laude) from De La Salle University. She received the Outstanding Thesis Award for both her undergraduate and graduate studies. She obtained a Professional Teaching Certificate through a program at the University of the Philippines Open University.

Her professional credentials include ranking as Topnotcher in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET). She is also a recipient of the Outstanding Teacher Award from the Students’ Search for Outstanding Teachers at De La Salle University.
