Jovanie A. Tuguinay completed her PhD at Griffith Business School, Griffith University. Her research interest spans to customer acquisition, retention and loyalty, destination and hospitality marketing, integrated resorts tourism, social marketing, relationship marketing, the customer journey. She is particularly passionate about addressing responsible gambling through consumer behavior and responsible marketing practices. Guided by her commitment to SDGs 12, 4, 3, 11 and 9, her work bridges theory and practice to promote more sustainable and inclusive approaches in marketing and tourism.
