Ground Floor, Br. Andrew Gonzalez Hall.
Tickets may also be purchased through any
DLSU-PUSO representative at their temporary office on the
Ground Floor of the Faculty Center.
Note: Faculty and staff who applied for
salary deduction and have not yet claimed their
raffle booklets may claim them at the
Advancement and Alumni Relations Office (AARO),
20th Floor, Br. Andrew Gonzalez Hall.

FAQ
When is the raffle period and grand draw?
The raffle period runs from November 2025 to February 23, 2026.
The Grand Raffle Draw will be held on March 7, 2026.
How much does a raffle ticket or booklet cost?
A booklet costs ₱1,000.00 and contains five (5) ticket entries.
Each booklet holder has five (5) chances to win.
Where to submit my raffle entry?
Each raffle ticket has an entry stub and a claim stub.
– The entry stub must be dropped in any of the designated drop boxes located at the following:
Luzon:

What are the submission deadlines?
For DLSU Manila:
Deadline for submission of raffle entries is March 6, 2026 (Friday), until 4:00 PM.
For Luzon Schools (except DLSU Manila):
Deadline for submission of raffle entries is February 23, 2026 (Monday), until 4:00 PM.
Entries must be submitted with their respective school representatives.
For Visayas and Mindanao:
Deadline for submission of raffle entries is February 23 (Monday), until 4:00 PM, with entries submitted to their respective school representatives.
Raffle stubs submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
What are the prizes and who can win?
Two (2) Grand Prizes — Lasallian Pilgrimage tickets for Two (2)
(Each winner may bring one (1) companion for free.)
One (1) First Prize — Lasallian Pilgrimage ticket for One (1)
Major Prizes — CWC prizes
(Applicable Taxes included but shipping fees not included; and, actual unit may vary in appearance.)

A winner can only win one of the two Grand Prizes, but may still win other prizes using separate raffle tickets.
What is included in the Lasallian Pilgrimage Ticket?
The winners will join a 26-day pilgrimage and renewal of Lasallian heritage — walking in the footsteps of St. La Salle and the Lasallian Saints in France, Belgium, and Italy.
The pilgrimage is scheduled for October 14 – November 8, 2026.
Each Lasallian Pilgrimage ticket is valued at ₱300,000.00 and includes:
– Airfare (Manila–Paris, Rome–Manila, and France–Italy)
– Chartered coach transportation
– 20% winner’s tax
– Accommodation in hotels and Lasallian facilities
– Travel insurance
– Administrative fee (food during orientations, send-off ceremony, and bus to/from NAIA)
– Pilgrimage apparel and materials
– Pre-determined meals
Expenses not included:
– Schengen visa (~₱10,500)
– Driver tips (1–2 Euros/day)
– Some lunches and dinners
How will winners be notified?
Winners will be notified via phone and/or email.
The list of winners will also be posted on their respective school websites.
Can prizes be converted to cash or transferred?
Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
All prize taxes will be shouldered by DLSU.
The winner of the Grand Prize must have a valid passport that will not expire within six (6) months from the intended date of travel.
If the winner does not have a valid passport or if it expires before the travel date, the winner must renew or secure one at their own expense before the travel documents are processed. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize.
What if the winning ticket belongs to a minor?
If the winning ticket is under a minor’s name, the winner must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when claiming the prize.
How do I claim a prize?
Winners must present:
– The original claim stub (in good condition)
– OR a photocopy of the claim stub
– Two (2) valid government-issued IDs
All winners have 30 days after the draw to claim their prizes.
After 30 days, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of DLSU.
What if I lost my claim stub?
If the claim stub is lost, the winner must submit an affidavit of loss.
JY will accept pictures of the claim stub and official receipt as proof, together with the affidavit of loss.
