
OVERVIEW
Inaugurated in August 1994, the Yuchengco Center is a non-stock, non-profit think tank sponsored by the Yuchengco Group of Companies and hosted by De La Salle University. The Center’s institutional goals highlight its commitment to democracy, dialogue, and development. As a think tank, the Yuchengco Center promotes research and the contributions of experts to policies and programs for social good. The Center facilitates dialogue among various stakeholders to address key challenges facing the Philippines as well as regional and global issues. The Center sees the power of dialogue to promote democracy and development through the active participation of multiple stakeholders.
Today, the Yuchengco Center continues to focus on the following thematic areas in its support for research, publications, conferences, symposia, roundtables, and workshops:
