Current scholars may expect automatic renewal of their coverage for Term 2, AY 2025-2026 on the following conditions:

  1. No violation of scholarship retention policy/ies during the previous term;
  2. Successful online enrollment for Term 2, AY 2025-2026; and
  3. Accomplished Mandatory Confirmation of Enrollment (refer to Office of the University Registrar HelpDesk Announcement (HDA) “[OUR] 2526A-26: Enrollment Schedules and Procedures for Term 2, AY 25-26” dated December 3, 2025).

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

  1. For Academic Year 2025-2026 (including current and new scholars), the viewing of scholarship discount and scholarship coverage will be through the Archers Hub account starting January 26, 2026.
  2. The re-evaluation of scholarship status of all  scholars who are not eligible for autorenewal for the current term will take place at the ESH Lobby, 2nd Floor, Henry Sy Sr. Hall  (HSSH) from January 21 to 23, 2026 (Tuesday – Friday). These are scholars with failed, withdrawn, deferred, or INC grades; those who extended the duration of their degree programs; those who took a Leave of Absence (LOA)/Residency; or those who did not meet retention policy requirements of their scholarship. 
  3. The deadline of payment without surcharge for scholars is on February 8, 2026. Payment of surcharge fees, retention fees, enrollment in audit course/s, re-enrollment in courses that are withdrawn (W/WP), dropped, failed, or deferred is not covered by the scholarship.

ADDITIONAL REMINDERS:

  1. All ll incoming UG and GS scholars (ID125) who were not able to process their scholarships must proceed to the Enrollment Services Hub Lobby during their scheduled processing. Kindly check and monitor the ‘Scholarship Manual Processing, T2 2526‘ page for details and updates.
  2. Scholars with failed, withdrawn (W/WP), dropped, deferred, or INC grades; those who took a Leave of Absence (LOA)/Residency; those enrolled with an underload; or those who do not meet retention policy requirements must attend onsite manual scholarship processing at the designated venue on their assigned date.
  3. Scholars whose scholarship is not renewed automatically, and those who fail to process their scholarships during the manual onsite renewal will pay surcharge fees amounting to PHP2,500. An additional PHP500 will be imposed for every succeeding week of delay. Kindly refer to this LINK for the guidelines and schedules on late payment of tuition and fees.
  4. The RF# (Credit Reference number) for Term 1, AY 2025-2026 can be used to reactivate one’s MLS Account until Week 2, day 6 of Term 2, AY 2025-2026. Use Term 2, AY 2025-2026 RF# for reactivation beyond the given schedule.
  5. Scholarship coverage does not include re-enrollment in courses that are audited, withdrawn (W/WP), dropped, failed, or deferred.

ONSITE MANUAL RENEWAL AND PROCESSING OF SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS

We are pleased to inform the academic community that the manual scholarship renewal process for undergraduate, and graduate scholars will be conducted onsite.

Please find the details below:

    • VENUE: Enrollment Services Hub (ESH) LOBBY, 2/F Henry Sy, Sr. Hall
    • DATE: September 16 – 20, 2025 (Tuesday to Saturday)
    • Time: 
      • September 16, 2025 (Tuesday) – 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
        • Evaluation and consultation of scholarship status only
          (no processing and issuance of Certificate of Support or COS).
      • September 17 – 19, 2025 (Wednesday to Friday) – 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
      • September 20, 2025 (Saturday) – 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN

Scholars who will process their scholarship onsite are expected to have confirmed their enrollment during the “Mandatory Confirmation of Enrollment” period (NOTE: Refer to pages 5 and 6 of this link for more details)

IMPORTANT REMINDERS TO SCHOLARS:

  1. Scholars who were not included in the auto renewal process are required to proceed to the venue of the onsite renewal of scholarships and grants.
    • To check if the scholarship has been automatically renewed by OAS, scholars must view their credit Reference Number (RF#) via the “View Assessment” facility of the MyLaSalle (MLS) portal on September 15, 2025 (Monday).
    • If a Reference Number (RF#) has been credited to the total tuition and fees, it means that the scholarship has been processed; no need to go to the onsite renewal venue, except for scholars with multiple grants and scholars with upgrade of scholarship.
    • The last day of payment without surcharge for scholars is on September 20, 2025 (Saturday).
  2. Processing of grants must be done by the scholar. In case a representative transacts on the scholar’s behalf, an authorization letter and a valid ID of both the scholar and the representative must be presented at the venue.
  3. Scholars must pay their outstanding balance (Student Payable) on or before September 20, 2025 (Saturday). Payments made after this date will incur a surcharge/penalty fee not covered by the scholarship.

0   Submission of a letter for scholarship consideration or Issuance of scholarship memos for scholars whose requests are handled at the Concierge.(NOTE: Not required for grantees from Partner Offices – Lingap, CAO, SMO, Debate, OSD, and ROTC)
  1. Letter of Request for Consideration of Scholarship 
  2. Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF) for the term
  3. Complete grades printed from MLS 
  4. To avail of a 10% tuition discount for PWD: Submit an Accomplished PWD Form, together with photocopies of the PWD ID Card (both sides) and the Medical Certificate.
  5. To avail of a 10% family tuition discount (FORM here): Provide the Enrollment Assessment Form and photocopies of birth certificates for all children (applicants) enrolled this term.

  2. Printed copy of Guarantee Letter/Letter of Enrollment (for Graduate Students (GS) Outside Entity grantees)

Payment of tuition and fees for scholars with Student Payables is directly to the Cashier onsite. 

Tuition and fees for scholars with Student Payables must be paid directly to the onsite Cashier. For online payment options, consult the onsite Cashier.
