Dr. Riches S. Bacero has more than eighteen years of work experience as a College Instructor, Civil Engineer, University Extension Specialist, Research Specialist, and Transportation Specialist. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering and head of Transportation Engineering Division at the De La Salle University in Manila. He is an active member of the Transportation Science Society of the Philippines (TSSP), Eastern Asia Society for Transportation Studies (EASTS), and World Conference on Transport Research Society (WCTRS). His research interests are Public Transportation, Paratransit, and Freight.
