· Upon completion of revisions or the removal of an INC grade, the Panel Chair shall submit the accomplished and duly signed Panel Chair Report to the academic department. The Administrative Assistant (AA) or Graduate Program Coordinator (GPC) shall compile the required documents, while the GPC shall process and submit the request for grade correction through the faculty portal. |
