ID Availability
DLSU ID cards are distributed at the Enrollment Services Hub (ESH).
Before visiting the release venue , please verify that you have received an official notification confirming that your ID card is ready.
You may claim your ID card after the Frosh Walk on your College LPEP schedule .
What to Bring
To claim your ID card, you must present the following:
- A valid ID card
- A digital copy of ESH email notification
Alternative Pick-up Options
Should you be unable to collect your student ID during your College LPEP schedule, you can pick it up at ESH within regular operational hours.
Please note that official holidays and campus work suspensions are excluded.

Proxy Pick-ups
If you are unable to collect your ID in person, you may authorize a representative to claim it on your behalf. Please follow these steps:
- Before arriving, please submit the required documents via this Google Form.
- The required documents include:
- A signed authorization letter from you
- A copy of your valid ID
- A copy of your representative’s valid ID
- Your representative must present their original valid ID uploaded in the Google Form at the service counter when collecting the ID card.
Note: ID cards will strictly not be released if any of the requirements above are incomplete.
ID Claiming Procedure
- Ensure you receive official email confirmation that your ID is ready before going to the venue.
- While waiting in line, scan the ID Logsheet QR code and fill in your.
Do not submit until you receive your ID, lanyard, and holder. - Present a valid ID at the service counter.
- Submit the Google Form only after receiving all items.
