Erwin Salvame is a versatile entrepreneur with a rich background in various industries. With over 20 years of experience in the Food and Beverage Service Industry, Erwin is the proud owner of several businesses, including a steel fabrication venture, real estate business, artisan sauce-making operation, and a restaurant. His passion for entrepreneurship and his diverse skill set extend beyond business ownership to consultancy roles where he has helped independent marketing firms, restaurants, and coffee shops grow their operations.

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Erwin is deeply committed to education. He has almost 15 years of academic experience and earned his teaching license in 2024. He served as a Professional Lecturer at the Graduate School of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina, where he has also held leadership roles such as Dean of the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management and concurrent Program head for 6 Years.

Erwin’s entrepreneurial ventures, academic experience, and dedication to excellence in food service operations and hospitality management demonstrate his diverse capabilities and passion for growth. When he’s not managing his businesses or teaching, he enjoys spending time in nature, further fueling his passion for life and his various projects including community service to underprivileged communities outside Metro Manila.
