Imelda C. Estacio is a highly accomplished Certified Public Accountant and MBA holder with over 15 years of leadership experience in financial management and tax compliance. She has demonstrated exceptional operational impact, such as resolving a P152M unreconciled BIR account balance and leading diverse teams of up to 15 personnel. Her career spans significant roles in both the public and private sectors, including serving as the Head of the Tax Unit for the DBM’s Procurement Service and as a Finance Manager for international agencies. In addition to her corporate achievements, she is a recognized “Outstanding Faculty” member at De La Salle University, where she teaches finance and operations management. Her professional excellence is further underscored by numerous accolades, including being named the 2023 PRAISE Employee of the Year.
