Hannibal George Marchan has almost two decades of leadership and management experience working with Fortune 500 companies. A passionate people developer who focuses on bringing out the best in individuals, teams and organizations through workshops, coaching, team building and keynote speaking. He conducted more than 10, 000 workplace coaching sessions and facilitated workshops for hundreds of thousands of people.
He works with Lee Hecht Harrison (The Adecco Group) and American Management Association (Quintegral Philippines). He is a contributing writer for the Manila Times, Manila Standard and Business World. He currently teaches graduate and undergraduate students in DLSU and UA&P. He is a member of International Coaching Federation.
