Jerome Alvarez has extensive experience in the academe handling courses in Entrepreneurship, Operations, and Total Quality Management for many years. Alongside his academic career, he has been a consultant specializing in strategic planning, working with local and international businesses to develop and strengthen their franchise systems. He is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), having completed the Mini-Master’s program of the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives under the International Franchise Association. He also holds a Lean Six Sigma certification from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) Institute for Lifelong Learning, reinforcing his expertise in process improvement. Concurrently, he heads a service outsourcing firm, supporting clients primarily in the logistics and food service industries.
