Dr. Ranieses is an Associate Professor in the Department of Decision Sciences and Innovation at De La Salle University and a Fellow of the International Humanistic Management Association (IHMA). She has been actively involved in advancing management education and scholarship, with leadership roles in the Philippine Academy of Management and the PRME Working Group on Global Women and Leadership. She earned both her Doctor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from De La Salle University and has participated in research projects supported by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), and Brixton X Change, Inc. Her work reflects a strong commitment to values-driven and socially responsive management education. Her research interests include women’s well-being and empowerment, the work–nonwork interface, human flourishing, responsible management education, and the intersection of artificial intelligence, gender, and society.
