Raymond D. Paderna is an experienced academician with a demonstrated history of delivering instructional excellence for over 34 years. His areas of teaching expertise are in Family Business Management, Human Resource Management and Fashion Entrepreneurship. He is skilled in the management of family-owned enterprises, particularly in the human resource management function. His strong educational background was honed in De La Salle University – Manila where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Business Management (BSC-BM) degree in 1987. He then furthered his business education by attending European University (now the EU Business School) in Montreux, Switzerland from 1989 – 1990 where he subsequently obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) post-graduate degree. For 26 years, he also co-managed his family’s business interests in the following sectors: Tool-and-Die, Metalworking, Travel and Tourism, and Manufacturing. Raymond’s research interests are in family business management, human resource management, and fashion entrepreneurship.
