Business Analyst

Qualifications:

1. Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field or an MBA
2. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
3. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
4. Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
5. Project management skills and implementation methodologies

Job Description/Summary

1. Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
2. Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.
3. Create functional specifications for solutions.
4. Simplify information and decipher technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team.
5. Implement and test solutions.
6. Support business transition and help to establish change.
