Job Description/Summary
The Hub Assistant performs a variety of technical duties to provide frontline services and general information to students, parents/guardians, and other members of the academic community in the following areas including, but not limited to: admissions, scholarships, enrollment, and graduation services. Addresses inquiries or concerns by giving appropriate guidance and advisory service regarding processes and policies in all service support channels and reports feedback. Responsible for data entry and retrieval, and for preparation and verification of documents to be processed.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any bachelor’s degree courses.
- At least one (1) year of related work experience.
- Must have strong oral and written communication, organizational, and, interpersonal skills;
- Must have strong customer-service skills and problem-solving skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications
- Must be keen to details and accuracy;
- Must be highly dependable, trustworthy and service-oriented.
- Ability to deal with difficult customers.
- Must be willing to be assigned to satellite offices whenever necessary.
