Laboratory Technician (Fabrication)

Job Description/Summary

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and tools within the Fabrication Laboratory. The role ensures the laboratory equipment is in optimal working condition and supports students, faculty, researchers, and clients in their projects and experiments.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. 
2. Hands-on experience with fabrication tools and equipment is an advantage.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a laboratory setting. 
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
6. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) Software is a plus. 
7. Willing to be assigned in the Laguna Campus.
