Job Description/Summary
The Project Reporting Analyst plays a key role in supporting the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports for the organization’s grant portfolio. This position assists in the collection, analysis, and presentation of financial data to meet the requirements of grantors, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. The Analyst will contribute to the development and maintenance of efficient reporting processes and ensure the integrity of grant financial information.
Qualifications:
- A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, preferably with exposure to grant or fund accounting
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting concepts
- Familiarity with grant management processes and terminology (an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including advanced functions)
- Experience with accounting software and grant management systems (preferred)
