Qualifications:

1. Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Knowledgeable in software that the Information Technology Services Office uses
3. At least three (3) years of experience in programming
4. Specialized training in logic formulation and computer programming specifically in any of the software which Information Technology Services uses for its systems

They assist in user training, monitor application performance, and prepare system handovers while maintaining strong public relations with users and the academic community. The role includes submitting progress reports, contributing to process improvements, and providing feedback on policies and training needs.
