Laboratory Technician

Job Description/Summary

The general function of Laboratory Technician is to safe-keep, organize and account laboratory equipment and apparatuses as well as assist students in operating laboratory equipment and apparatuses

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
2. With relevant experience as a Laboratory Technician, possessing hands-on skills in manual machining, CNC program operation, laser cutting machine programming, MIG welding, plasma cutting, electro copper plating, 3D printing, and laser etching and engraving.
3. Knowledgeable in various laboratory setups, including the proper use and maintenance of equipment and apparatus within the assigned laboratory area.
4. Familiar with standard laboratory protocols, safety procedures, and experimental guidelines.
5. Computer literate, with working knowledge of MS Office applications.
6. Highly responsible and trustworthy, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
7. Willing to be assigned in the Laguna Campus.
