School Counselor

Job Description/Summary

The School Counselor of the Integrated School is assigned to a specific level or to a specific program or project for the specified academic year. He/she works at the level assigned as the Level School Counselor and provides counseling services for the students. On the other hand, he/she works on the program or project assigned, delivering the expected outputs and services to the students and targeted clients.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling.
2. Licensed and Registered Guidance Counselor or Registered Psychologist.
3. Strong proficiency in active listening, empathetic engagement, and clear oral and written communication.
4. Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport, with patience, sensitivity, and respect for cultural and individual diversity.
5. Skilled in assessing client needs, identifying underlying concerns, and formulating effective intervention strategies.
6. Capable of managing multiple cases efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation and effective time management.
7. Committed to confidentiality, ethical practice, self-reflection, and continuous professional growth.
