Job Description/Summary
The School Counselor of the Integrated School is assigned to a specific level or to a specific program or project for the specified academic year. He/she works at the level assigned as the Level School Counselor and provides counseling services for the students. On the other hand, he/she works on the program or project assigned, delivering the expected outputs and services to the students and targeted clients.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling.
- Licensed and Registered Guidance Counselor or Registered Psychologist.
- Strong proficiency in active listening, empathetic engagement, and clear oral and written communication.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport, with patience, sensitivity, and respect for cultural and individual diversity.
- Skilled in assessing client needs, identifying underlying concerns, and formulating effective intervention strategies.
- Capable of managing multiple cases efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation and effective time management.
- Committed to confidentiality, ethical practice, self-reflection, and continuous professional growth.
